My earliest memories smell of saltwater and sunscreen.

Growing up on the south coast of England, weekends spent sailing with my Dad sparked a lifelong love of the coast that continues to inspire my paintings today. By day, I'm a Fine Art and Textiles A Level teacher, and by evening you'll usually find me painting - my favourite way to unwind and find a little calm.

 

I'm also a mum of three and married to a northern lad who I've somehow converted into an even bigger sea lover than me. He's even sailed across the Atlantic!

 

Through my work, I hope to share a little of the peace, freedom and beauty that the sea has always given me.
